Ignition Wealth launches Xplan support

Ignition Wealth has expanded its consultancy offering for advice groups who use industry software Xplan, launching a phone support service for advisers experiencing technical problems while using the Ignition system through Xplan.

Commenting on the launch of the service, Ignition Wealth head of sales and marketing Richard Liverpool said practices that used Xplan were prone to experience malfunctions that could hamper business efficiency.

“[However] for the majority of practices it is impractical and financially unjustified to have full-time support in-house,” Liverpool said.

He added that Ignition Wealth’s service, known as Priority Assist, would give advice businesses the reassurance of full-time expert support at a lower price.

“We know practices need a fast, efficient and expert response. Our on-call team of Xplan technicians are highly trained and will work rapidly to have your Xplan running and delivering your advice vision,” Liverpool said.

As part of this service, each practice that used both Ignition Wealth and Xplan would receive their own customised resources and four hours of technical and customisation support each year, the company said.

“Practices can use the allotted time to fix issues that have been causing frustration in their practice, or to extend and improve the system for greater efficiency,” Ignition Wealth stated.

The service would also offer a same day response for calls made before 12pm, strategy texts for Xplan which could be inserted into statements of advice, as well as an annual data integrity report for the practice.
